CSV Import Alternative

If uploading a CSV file is not working, the other option is to copy out the contents of the text file and paste it into the bulk import area when you click add subscriber.

To find the bulk importer, click on the subscribers tab and then click the "add" button next to the list you are trying to import to. It shows an example of how the CSV data should be formatted and you can paste it in from your file in that format.
